At Wedzy, we understand that plans may change, and we strive to provide a fair and transparent refund and

- Customers have a window of 7 days from the date of booking to cancel their services without
incurring any cancellation fees.
- Upon cancellation within the specified period, the refund amount will be credited to the customer's
Wedzy wallet. This wallet credit can be utilized towards booking another vendor of their choice
within the Wedzy platform.
- Before initiating a refund, Wedzy will conduct a thorough review of the cancellation request. This
review involves consulting with the vendor to verify the status of the booked services.
- If the vendor has already commenced work on the booked services and completed more than half of
the agreed-upon tasks, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly. In such cases, the amount
corresponding to the work completed by the vendor will be deducted from the total refundable
amount.
- Throughout the cancellation and refund process, Wedzy will maintain open communication with the
customer to ensure transparency and clarity regarding the refund calculations and any deductions
applied.
- Customers can conveniently utilize the refunded amount in their Wedzy wallet to explore and book
alternative vendors for their event or service requirements.
- Certain circumstances, such as force majeure events or vendor-specific policies, may necessitate
deviations from this standard refund and cancellation policy. Wedzy reserves the right to make
exceptions on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the unique circumstances surrounding each
cancellation request.
