By clicking hereby you agree to the terms and conditions:
1. Term
The term of this Agreement shall come into effect from the date of execution and shall be effective till the parties decide to enter into a Master Service Agreement. This agreement may be extended under the same terms by mutual agreement between the Company and the Client.
2. Scope of Engagement
The client hereby engages the company for the services of the wedding planner and organizing the whole event till its completion, including but not limited to the appointment of different vendors, providing stay for the guests, providing the venue for the event, etc. any such work as agreed upon by both parties and required to execute the work.
3. Payment
Both parties have reached a mutual Agreement stipulating that upon the execution of this Agreement, the Client shall pay INR 2222/- Inclusive of GST to the company as a Good Faith Deposit. This sum will be subtracted from the Final billing amount.
4. Termination
This Contract may be terminated by either Party as follows:
- a) Within a period of 30 days after execution of this contract in a written notice to the other Party.
- b) Upon the breach of any terms mentioned herein the Contract, if the concerned Party doesn't cure the breach within 15 days of the receipt of notice of the breach.
- c) In the event of unforeseen circumstances, or violation of the terms of this contract parties have the right to terminate the Agreement with prior notice in writing.
- d) On the termination or determination of this Agreement, each Party shall return all Confidential Information of the other Party in their possession and not use any information for personal benefit in the future.
5. Refund Policy
- a) If a Client decides to cancel our services within a period of 30 days, a full refund amount of the good faith deposit will be initiated by the company within 14 business days.
- b) If the Client requests a cancellation after 30 days there will be no refund of the good faith deposit amount.
- c) After terminating Wedzys services, the Client cannot use Wedzys resources during the event.
- d) To initiate the refund of the good faith deposit amount a Client must notify Wedzy in writing with a specified reason and all necessary details. To request a refund write us at info@wedzy.co
- e) Wedzy will verify the reason for the cancellation and eligibility for a refund of the good faith deposit amount.
- f) Once the verification process is completed, the refund of the good faith deposit amount will be initiated within 14 business days using the same method as the original payment.
- g) Due to unforeseen personal circumstances, the Clients are forced to cancel the wedding altogether. This could include serious illness in a family, family emergency, or any other life events that occur in such cases the company may initiate the refund after doing the needful due diligence. In this case, Wedzy reserves the right to take action as per the company's policy.
- h) If the Client is not satisfied with the service of any vendor they may get a replacement; in such cases, a refund policy is not applicable.
